Company Review - Aerostat Operator Peraton Employee Review

Sometimes management lacks the leadership it should have. The normal employees on the program I work in get talked down to and are ignored. If your not in a management position, then you do not matter to them. Any suggestions or recommendations you might have even if you're the expert in the field are ignored. HR is not any better when you have difficulties with the management, they will always side with management even if management is wrong.
