      Pros

      This is my first job, and I really enjoy it here. The benefits are good, and my manager is very understanding.

      Cons

      Working with the client is sometimes difficult as they don't always respond promptly, so it takes time to get specs / feedback on work. This makes it hard to really develop efficiently as we could.

      Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.

      Onboarding is slow, it takes longer than I expected.

      managers who shouldn't be managers because they do not possess professionalism, constant last minute projects requiring additional hours with no pre-planning
