Management at DTS (Operations) is always watching over you. You don’t receive the proper training and everything becomes your fault for not doing the job correctly. Your expected to work overtime (which will happen a lot) and not receive extra pay - a disgrace. Salary is also a joke especially for the amount of work they expect of you. DTS is a toxic waste dump. If you see a position open, run away fast.
