Pros

Organized HR team, entire make us use IT systems appropriately and have a significant cloud presence, management is engaged at all levels, leadership actually care about the employees (without the lip service), pay is above average, employee referrals are real, unlimited leave program, mandatory annual training is quick but effective (hosted in Peraton portal too -- so easy to accomplish without hassle), Peraton has inclusive groups geared towards veterans, women, new hires and GLBTQ. Peraton has tons of online training options to advance your career, OnBoard was informative and extremely professional.

Pros

Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.

Cons

Onboarding is slow, it takes longer than I expected.
