Management lacked vision, and was not forthright with employees throughout the Perspecta/NGIT acquisition and merger. Common lines of duplicative business were not collaborative nor encouraged to do so. This led to confusion, and resource strains in verticals where a codified approach to market would have benefitted both the business units as well as end customers. Alas, it was nothing more than kingdom building exercise for a bunch of power hungry white guys.
