Horrendous management - Fraud Analyst Peraton Employee Review

Pros

They have a decent amount remote capabilities

Cons

Most everything else. Was laid off along with 60 other teammates in September 2022. After a rather spirited zoom meeting about how they were canning us all, they told us that it was going to be less than 2 weeks notice before our last day. We, analysts, pushed back hard and they finally agreed to give us 2 weeks notice but that our benefits would end at the end of the month. They also adjusted the severance policy in late August 2022 (timestamp seen on internal Peraton website) which would drastically change the amount employees would receive. My advice, proceed with caution with this employer. Snakes in the grass....

Pros

Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.

Cons

Onboarding is slow, it takes longer than I expected.
