      None. Low pay, no benefit, bad management.

      Cons

      Petty and conniving manager who liked to micromanage ad nitpicking on time card even with 1-2 hours. Below market pay with no PTO no benefits, yet with expectation to be available 7 days a week and 100% dedication.

      Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.

      Onboarding is slow, it takes longer than I expected.
