Pros

Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.

Cons

Onboarding is slow, it takes longer than I expected.

Pros

Typical contract work where you need to adapt to the customer's environment and requirements. Overall, it is a pleasant place to work with a supportive team. The company genuinely cares about its employees and regularly checks in to ensure they have what they need to be successful and satisfied in their roles.

Cons

have no major complaints. One area for improvement would be offering more employee outings or team-building events to strengthen connections across the company. It would also be great to see additional continuing education opportunities beyond graduate degree programs, such as industry certifications, technical training, workshops, or professional development courses.
