      None, see the cons as there are no pros.

      Cons

      Extended background checks take more than 5 months, with no updates. By the time the background check is clear, the job will be not there. So my advice would be to keep looking for a job even after they make you an offer, as the offer is an at-will contract.

      Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.
