Pros

Remote work and office supplies are provided.

Cons

Expectations are unrealistic if you have integrity! It’s not possible to meet quality, timeliness, and quantity expectations set each month. Reviewers send back reports for corrections despite having the same report submitted as correct previously. There is no consist report writing guidelines. In addition, you will be expected to knock on people’s doors looking for leads (neighbors) to interview for a Subject which is dangerous in some cases, as walking around with a badge in some neighborhoods alone isn’t safe without being able to carry. This job requires travel as well. Be prepared to volunteer or be volun-told.

Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.

Cons

Onboarding is slow, it takes longer than I expected.
