it is a job, and you earn a paycheck

Cons

benefits are skint, pay is low-end, if you don't suck up you won't get anywhere. they bought up a bunch of folks from other, more established companies and...don't know what to do with them.

Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.

Cons

Onboarding is slow, it takes longer than I expected.

managers who shouldn't be managers because they do not possess professionalism, constant last minute projects requiring additional hours with no pre-planning
