Pros

I literally won all the good incentives, Nascar tickets, $200 city walk passes for a dinner and a movie, $200 christmas cash. There is no problem getting overtime and full-time shifts. Constant calls that make work go by fast. Nice management. Several dept to work in.

Cons

Crappy metrics, horrible schedule if you are not a top performer. Not much understanding when it comes to personal matters. Weekends shifts sucked because there were no managers to assist the customers that had issues. Such as stranded with no money for example. Collateral promotions.

Pros

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Cons

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
