First and foremost, thank you for giving Percepta and our clients 10+ years of your service. Seriously- it is very appreciated and means a lot to us!
Percepta does have a very formal performance appraisal process, as well as an objective merit guideline process, that aligns with our pay-for-performance culture.
I would like to respectfully address your comment regarding the turnover of the HR team. You are correct in that there has been some turnover within the HR team over the past few years (although the majority of the HR team has been stable and consistent). As the organization continues to grow and develop, naturally, there will be occasional turnover within the team as we work to ensure we have the right professionals in place. We are currently in a confident place with our HR team, and are excited to continue to serve the organization.
