Pros

The people from the advisors to upper management have always listened to new ideas and will make time to hear your concerns. While not everything can be implemented, the open door policy and ensuring everyone has a voice is what has kept me with the company for over thirteen years. In addition to this and despite some challenging times there is always opportunity for growth and development and I have continued to progress from my initial role as an advisor both via promotion and opportunities to project manage and work on new initiatives. This is an exciting time for the company and it's nice to see it grow and develop in my area of the business.

Cons

The business can be somewhat reactive due to the nature of the product but I have seen a dramatic change in this over the last 12 months.

Pros

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Cons

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
