Pros

People are great. Management backs you up. Management is fair. Shift bid every three months. Ok pay for the area. Management will work with you if you work with them.

Cons

Customers are fierce. You really have no control on your survey metrics. Upset customers will give you a false survey because they are mad at Ford. Promotion is available if you work hard.

Cons

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
