2000$ discount on a Ford car after 6months of employment, nothing else.

Cons

Beware of this employer, they will spit you out like an old chewing gum. Unjustified criticism just because they don't like your face is common. They will violate your rights and laugh at your face. This company is a joke ! IT system is obsolete, absolutely no security measures to prevent the employees from failure ! Of course managers knows about that, that's why they keep their jobs, to constantly police you. They will suck all your juices and spit you out ! Don't waist your time there ! Run away !

Pros

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Cons

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
