Chaos is Perdue's middle name. Especially in Finance and Accounting. These people thrive on chaos and only react, never any prevention steps taken. Several people have quit without notice recently. If senior management only knew what some of their mid-level managers allow.... Odd distribution of duties - some people are very overworked while some who sit on social committees are allowed to coast along. Promotions are based off of who is there at the right time, causing people who have no business managing departments to be sudden department managers. They bring people in out of retirement to fill seats.
