      Pros

      The HR team is wonderful. Most of the Shift Leads and Supervisors are easy to get along with and actually care about their employees. The benefits are great.

      Cons

      Upper management is terrible. You never know if you have to be on edge all day or can actually breathe and get your job done. Nothing is ever the same, including the rules, from day to day.

      Poor management at the Prince George site. Neglected equipment, systems, and people (for years). Performative about safety to some degree
