Thanks for your feedback and taking the time to summarize your experience. Your comment about employee turnover is truly important and it's something we've spent a lot of time working to mitigate. While we can't keep everyone, we know that we could do a better job at retaining employees. Between listening tour feedback and doing dozens of exit interviews, we are aware of some of the factors that play into an employee's decision to leave PerfectServe. Some of them are within our control (clarity of role/responsibilities, clear career paths) and some of them are not (hyper competitive labor market, personal career desires that don't align with company needs/direction). However, even if we've put effort into steadily building mechanisms/processes for sharing knowledge and de-risking the loss of any individual employee, we can always look for ways to improve this.
