Pros

My team is supportive and works hard toward enhancing our products. We work together well and advocate for each other if we run into problems. We are from several countries and backgrounds, but we are all welcomed and respected. We are a tight group even though we are remote and spread out in many different time zones. I've worked here for several years and I'm amazed at how far we've come and the work we have completed. People are more open across departments and willing to work together and welcome new ideas to solve old problems. I love that the company has totally embraced remote work. I feel that I am heard and I am safe to speak up about things here as well. Having that respect makes me enjoy my job so much more. The company supports career growth and assisting people in learning new skills and moving to completely different positions within the company, Holidays and summer half day Fridays are great as well.

Cons

Teams have been pared down to bare bones. We have a lot of work to get done, so the pace can be onerous at times. It can also be discouraging to be understaffed.

Pros

The mission is real — we're not just selling software, we're improving outcomes for patients and the healthcare workers who care for them. My teammates are passionate, purpose-driven people who are here to make a difference, and that energy is contagious. The company equips you with the tools you need to actually do your job well rather than setting you up to struggle. Work-life balance is genuinely respected here, not just talked about, and when you perform, the company recognizes it — both financially and through real advancement opportunities. Promotions feel earned and attainable.

Cons

Communication from management can be inconsistent at times, which occasionally creates confusion around priorities or direction. Additionally, not all hospital systems have the internal governance structures in place to fully implement and adopt the applications — this can make success feel out of your hands at times. That said, it's also an opportunity to become a trusted advisor and help clients build toward better outcomes.
