We've said it many times, but it's worth reiterating here: Our support center is a critical part of our business, and we’re committed to hiring and training talented team members who provide the best possible experience for our customers. We recognize this role won't be a perfect fit for everyone, which is why we ensure every candidate has a clear understanding of the job before they join, and why we provide ongoing training and support from experienced leaders. It takes a lot to make this place work!
Regarding promotions and compensation, we’d like to clarify that support specialists are eligible for pay increases and promotions based on their performance, technical expertise, and ability to take on more advanced responsibilities. We review our compensation packages regularly to ensure they’re competitive and fair, and we encourage open communication about career development opportunities with our employees.
We also take workplace culture seriously, including fostering collaboration and addressing concerns like favoritism and micromanagement. Feedback from employees is critical to helping us improve, and we use it to bolster the supportive work environment we've built over the past 25 years. We're always trying to find ways to be better.
