I have been part of this company more than 3.5 years. Work environment is really good. Management has been supportive. Salary scale is also very good compare to other Ahmedabad companies. Onsite and Offshore project are really good. H1B opportunity is also good. Best advantage I found is learning for fresher in this company is really good.

Cons

More knowledge sharing session for Sr engineers as well.

Very Good Company to work for. Being a beginner you will get a good exposure to work you are going to be part of. Management plans good training sessions for SV, UVM and latest Protocols to get the employees accelerate on the project. Good Salary scale. Being a sincere engineer, you will be paid really good. I've had a really good experience working with the CEO , HR and management of the company. Company would provide good opportunities in terms of ASIC, FPGA, SOC - Functional Logic Verification, Design, Gate Level, Physical Design etc. You will have an opportunity to deal and work with leading edge companies in Silicon Valley. Work life balance is good.
