      Wonderful company that is dedicated to their core values. I really enjoy working in the corporate office and collaborating with branches across the country.

      Cons

      I'm not sure how to seek professional development internally. I also wish there were groups to meet more people at the corporate office.

      Pros

      Great company with great ESOP program - although construction can be extremely high stress. You have to be a certain type of person to excel.

      Cons

      It is easy to be overloaded with work. Sometimes it can be slow but at times it can be way too much. Pray the people you directly work with will make your life easier and not harder or else you will be in hell.
