      Nice brand new office Great long term benefits

      Cons

      Poor leadership , Poor work environment Can’t perform the work they bid, prepare to be supplemented and sub out a majority of your work to non union hourly subs. You may need 4 managers to look over your bid for approval. About as corporate as it gets. The Austin office has a horrible reputation in that market.

      Pros

      Great company with great ESOP program - although construction can be extremely high stress. You have to be a certain type of person to excel.

      Cons

      It is easy to be overloaded with work. Sometimes it can be slow but at times it can be way too much. Pray the people you directly work with will make your life easier and not harder or else you will be in hell.
