      Bonuses, Stock options, of course but the company genuinely cares about their employees. Safety is demanded and there are no limits to ones success.

      For me there is a lot of driving.

      Pros

      Great company with great ESOP program - although construction can be extremely high stress. You have to be a certain type of person to excel.

      Cons

      It is easy to be overloaded with work. Sometimes it can be slow but at times it can be way too much. Pray the people you directly work with will make your life easier and not harder or else you will be in hell.
