      The Denver office is one of the most poorly run offices. Their interpersonal issues cause issues with the field workers. No one in the office is ever on the same plan. It's a mess.

      Pros

      Great company with great ESOP program - although construction can be extremely high stress. You have to be a certain type of person to excel.

      Cons

      It is easy to be overloaded with work. Sometimes it can be slow but at times it can be way too much. Pray the people you directly work with will make your life easier and not harder or else you will be in hell.
