      Pros

      I have been with the company for almost 9 years. I average less than 50 hours a week I make good mone . If I need a day off they accommodate my need. I have good benefits. And the lower management seems to be pretty tentative to what we do

      Cons

      Middle management acts like they know more about your route than you do. If you go to them with an issue they look and talk to you like your a liar
