Straight night shift 6pm until work is done (usually 10-12 hours) More favoritism than anything I've ever seen Seniority means absolutely nothing at all management has no clue of actual job duties Management uses employees against each other penalized for using provided sick days management gets to decide when you may or may not schedule vacations (literally told me "no, we will be busy that week. Pick a different one"... And that was 8 months in advance!!!!) notification of overtime one hour before scheduled shift ending No home or family life (work all night, sleep all day) Work every holiday (Christmas night, thanksgiving night, new yrs night, etc)
