      Territory Managers are great to work with 1 hr lunch break. some overtime.

      Office Environment employees are competitive for absolutely no reason. poor management.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
