      Freedom, can make great money, make your own schedule. Meet lots of restaurant owners and you can learn really quick

      Micromanage sometimes. Extra work given to you by your upper management that takes time away from being out in the field at times.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
