      The Income it comes with very hard work so it's more than worth what it but you have to really want it

      Cons

      Very hard work to be a selector and keep a percentage up at the same time, very long hours normally 5pm - 4am

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
