      Company takes action to make it a better work environment. Does a lot to create company culture. Also, there is a lot of freedom there. I am able to express new ideas.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
