      Pay, benefits and for the most part, great peers to work with.

      Cons

      6-7 day work week, 12 hours a day. Calls from customers late at night. Certain people get overlooked for bad management

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
