      Pros

      Human resources were great. Money was ok. Sign on bonus was advertised different then what was posted

      Cons

      They want you to get sleep but send route deliveries late evening. Start at 3am. Truck cameras monitor everything. Trailers have no lights for working early mornings, doors do not stay open. They preach safety but in field it's so different

      Management and good culture. Co workers are great and management listens to concerns

      Not many that I know of. Great job overall

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
