Pros

Taking care of people is what this company is supposed to do. It is Patient Care in the o2 and cpap dme field.

Cons

No clear direction, No real training. Poor Policies and Retention of Employees. High turnover, Toxic Workplace Environment. High Dollar Value on Job Postings but then they justify a lower amount with BS Sign on Bonus. To keep you for a year and they promise you will get what you originally asked for and that does not happen.

Pros

I had an amazing time working here. Great management and very understanding about personal things that may happen plus there is time off and sick leave at least at the time that I was there. Unfortunately, I was unable to work there again in 2024 due to personal reasons. But I would go back to that company in heartbeat

Cons

At my time there I had nothing to worry about comma I had some of the best coworkers and PM and I would do it over again if they were in the state then I am in right now.

-Hybrid Work Environment -Provide all equipment -Flexible work hours

Cons

-Office in homeless area -Office building AC/Heating always has issues & at least 1 elevator is out of order at all times -Low annual raise, even when company profits are high
