Pros
It's fun. Lots of interesting projects. Fun company outings. Benefits are good. Year end profit share is real nice. The working environment is "cozy", small company feel.
Cons
The culture, what's expected by management, is not clearly expressed. Measurable goals and objectives are not laid out. The old saying “one ah-???? wipes out all the Ata-boys” is true here.
