      Pay is fine. Coworker is good.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. They consistently disregard all positive suggestions from first-line employees. However, they terminate employees for the problem when we already recommend changes to the problem.

      Pros

      Used to be a wonderful place to work before being bought out.

      Cons

      There is no feeling of teamwork anymore. Management could be quite nasty and favoritism ran high. New manager seemed to like running things like it was a third world country.
