Original PE people are solid, team working professionals. They are passionately committed to the success of the company and the quality of the products.
Cons
Over the past year PerkinElmer has been undergone tremendous change in Operational leadership. The new regime manages through old school intimidation. The atmosphere is abusive, degrading and demoralizing. There are achieving their goals of mass exodus. And unfortunately a lot of domain product, industry and customer knowledge is leaving. This does not bod well for those remaining. Would not recommend to anyone seeking employment.
