      Smart and motivated employee environment, "For the Better" end market focus on supplying tools to scientific, public health and healthcare customers.

      Cons

      Senior management tends to be totally focused on quarterly financial results, and is perhaps too inward-looking.

      You make some fair points. As a publically traded company the leadership team can be focused on quarterly numbers but staying close to our critical initiatives is equally important.

      Pros

      Great people in field and customer facing positions. Vast knowledge base of applications and instrumentation.

      Cons

      Very poor executive leadership- don't want to spend money on marketing, promotion of instrumentation, or relevant customer applications. Most do not know industry. Wonder why sales are decreasing.
