The people who work at PE have their hearts in the right place and are generally very bright. The company promotes international travel and experience for its employees.
Cons
Employees are often at the whim of a management team that changes direction too frequently to be effective over the long term. The management team also tends to talk in a supportive way about products, categories or businesses but not back that support with actions.
