      Pros

      Poor compensation. They don't care about the employees. They just give you more and more work with no benefit. They hire people who are not qualified. Management treats the employees poorly. They look down on the employees who are paid the least.

      Cons

      The company does terrific things for finding early detection with the newborn screenings. They bend over backwards for their CLIENTS.

      Pros

      Great people in field and customer facing positions. Vast knowledge base of applications and instrumentation.

      Cons

      Very poor executive leadership- don't want to spend money on marketing, promotion of instrumentation, or relevant customer applications. Most do not know industry. Wonder why sales are decreasing.
