      Hybrid work schedule but can work 100% remote or onsite if desired (no initiative to change this at this time). Decent benefits, fair salaries, opportunities to advance. Leadership communicates often and clearly.

      Cons

      Vacation time is just ok. Came from a position where I had 5 weeks and was only able to negotiate 2. Use it or loose it...

      Pros

      Great people in field and customer facing positions. Vast knowledge base of applications and instrumentation.

      Cons

      Very poor executive leadership- don't want to spend money on marketing, promotion of instrumentation, or relevant customer applications. Most do not know industry. Wonder why sales are decreasing.
