Cons
Changes post divestiture have been difficult, rigid and confusing. Leadership is causing bottlenecks on important business decisions. New Leadership seems to not trust employees to make the right decisions for their departments. Travel is restricted to save money but teams are in desperate need of an opportunity to reconnect in person.
