      The full benefit package is nice, however the costs are increasing. Depending on your manager time off and ability to manage a work-life balance is good. Pay is steady.

      Cons

      Since the split of PerkinElmer communication has become very minimal. There has been no clear direction on what upper management wants to do for months.

      Great people in field and customer facing positions. Vast knowledge base of applications and instrumentation.

      Cons

      Very poor executive leadership- don't want to spend money on marketing, promotion of instrumentation, or relevant customer applications. Most do not know industry. Wonder why sales are decreasing.
