Pros

Young employees, if ambitious enough, are given a lot of responsibility. There is no design philosophy, so that is also up to the ambitious.

Cons

Executives have very little control (and seem to lack the care) to keep all studios managed effectively. In-fighting and studio politics seem more important than getting projects done correctly and on budget.
