      Great purpose, product, and work environment. Perrigo is in growth mode with in-your-face opportunities around every corner. Many leaders and individual contributors see the opportunities too.

      Cons

      None that are out if the ordinary, such as change in infrastructure is not as nimble as it should be considering the acquisition activity.

      Pros

      I am a contractor. The pay is decent from Perrigo and the contracting company. The benefits are okay. The work is fine too.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better. Upper management seems to have no idea what they are doing. They will say they are implementing a new program to improve transparency or something, but nothing changes. Then layoffs will occur. Lay offs seem to be yearly.
