      Pros

      Interesting projects and products. Friendly and helpful coworkers for the most part.

      Cons

      Lots of red tape and paperwork to get anything done, both because of regulations and sometimes excessive management oversight. Too much emphasis on squeaky wheels and one-time issues instead of long term impactful solutions.

      Pros

      I am a contractor. The pay is decent from Perrigo and the contracting company. The benefits are okay. The work is fine too.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better. Upper management seems to have no idea what they are doing. They will say they are implementing a new program to improve transparency or something, but nothing changes. Then layoffs will occur. Lay offs seem to be yearly.
