      The people that work here are wonderful. They are encouraging and helpful.

      Cons

      Perrigo has gotten to big to care about their employees. Every year we have to pay more for benefits that don't cover what we need them to cover. The wages are only competitive to the area and not vs other pharmaceutical companies.

      Pros

      I am a contractor. The pay is decent from Perrigo and the contracting company. The benefits are okay. The work is fine too.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better. Upper management seems to have no idea what they are doing. They will say they are implementing a new program to improve transparency or something, but nothing changes. Then layoffs will occur. Lay offs seem to be yearly.
