Pros
The pay and premiums were increased fairly well during my 3 years at Perrigo. Few select people made it worthwhile to be apart of the team, I liked the job I did, I was good at it, and producing medicine for the general public does fill you with some sort of accomplishment from hard labor.
Cons
If you don't play the corporate game, you will lose all of your standing in the work environment. Majority of leadership were very stuck in their ways about acknowledging young people contributing more than the older workers. It may not speak for the entire company, but the structure at Plant 4 Allegan was unfulfilling long term. If management doesn't care to respect the work you do, they'll wont respect you as a person. That never leads to a harder worker. They denied my requests at multiple different training for SAP and POMS Aquila off of weak basis's. This was only management's problem with me, nobody else.
