Pros

Literally none. Utter shambles. Awful.

Cons

Discrimination from the manager of the artwork due to personal circumstances… awful. Prior to this the level of training was awful, the manager never attended training on time, always late, always finishing earlier, cancelled training last minute. The manager had all the excuses in the world as to why she didn’t conduct training or delegate jobs to others, totally lazy. Landed all the rubbish jobs that no one wanted to do because the manager couldn’t be bothered to train. Manager had a ridiculous number of personal circumstances and which they used to cancel training, these included a horse and dog dying… no back up plan for someone to train me then months down the line when the training still hadn’t been completed the blame laid at my door, ridiculous. Zero support, left to suffer on your own It’s the worst company in the world Speaking to other teams it seems the artwork is run by the worst manager and other teams do not suffer like the artwork team does. However I can’t speak for others, I just know current and past members of the artwork team have encountered similar and sometimes worse situations with this manager when your face doesn’t fit

Pros

I am a contractor. The pay is decent from Perrigo and the contracting company. The benefits are okay. The work is fine too.

Cons

Benefits could be better. Upper management seems to have no idea what they are doing. They will say they are implementing a new program to improve transparency or something, but nothing changes. Then layoffs will occur. Lay offs seem to be yearly.
